Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring robust financial management, and driving sustainable growth. Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Manage the revenue cycle to optimize cash flow and ensure timely collections.
Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
Collaborate with other departments to provide insights on financial performance and support decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while maintaining accurate accounting records.
Lead the finance team in developing skills in cost accounting, market analysis, and financial management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
