Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Sales Operations Manager, this position provides administrative/logistic support to our sales force as well as various departments within the organization, such as Product and Marketing departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain Consignment and other special program contracts.

Communicate via email and phone with our sales force.

Process requests from sales representatives, such as order status, tracking information, promotional information, and item statuses.

Coordinate Key Account Assortment Changes and process Daily Orders.

Meeting Prep for Key Accounts, including generating must pull lists, building sample bags, and maintaining Assortment information.

Routinely audit and verify information on Tura’s Sales platforms.

Assist with Trade Show and Convention prep.

Sales Support for over 100 Independent Sales Rep throughout the US and Canada.

Other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by the Sales Operations Manager.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle a variety of clerical/administrative functions and multitask.

Ability to organize administrative workload and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in the use of computer and related office equipment.

Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.

Attention to detail.

Successful candidates may have gained skills and abilities from work in customer service/sales in an office or call center environment.

Must be able to meet the requirements of the Tura, Inc., attendance policy.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience in providing clerical and administrative support to an external sales force is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements: The work is generally sedentary, but infrequently requires lifting and carrying approximately 20 pounds. Duties involve some walking, standing, reaching, bending and stooping.

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
