Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally recognized healthcare leadership firm, has an engagement opportunity for an Interim Chief Financial Officer in Washington State. This engagement is with a non-profit, critical access hospital dedicated to delivering high-quality, essential healthcare services to its community.

The organization encompasses a full-service hospital, a family practice clinic, a 24/7 emergency department, an ambulance service, and a comprehensive therapy center.

Requirements:

Experience in Critical Access Hospital environment.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required, MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, a minimum of 3 years in a healthcare setting is required.
Experience in Financial applications.
EPIC experience is strongly preferred.

Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.

The pay rate for this position is $1,000 per day ($260,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
