Our client is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to manage the entire contracting lifecycle—from initial quotes to customer invoicing. This role will collaborate closely with Sales, Accounting, and Operations to ensure pricing proposals, contract execution, and invoicing are accurate and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with the sales team to generate pricing proposals and revise pricing based on scope changes.
Manage contract execution via DocuSign and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
Review and prepare invoices, track outstanding payments, and resolve client invoicing inquiries
Develop pricing strategies based on market data, competitor pricing, and operational costs
Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and customer communications
