The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive financial growth and operational efficiency.

Educational Qualification: CA

Experience: Minimum 15 years in finance leadership role

Languages: English, Hindi, and Tamil

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning: Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
Compliance & Taxation: Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws, statutory obligations (GST, income tax, customs, etc.), audits, and regulatory filings.
Plant Finance Management: Oversee financial operations at the manufacturing plant, including cost control, working capital management, and capital expenditure planning.
Funding & Investor Relations: Handle funding processes, liaise with banks and financial institutions, and manage relationships with investors where applicable.
Risk Management & Cost Control: Perform risk assessments, monitor financial risks, and implement cost-reduction strategies.
Process & Systems Management: Strengthen financial systems, internal controls, and secure financial data handling.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely filings, adherence to legal frameworks, and coordination with auditors and legal advisors.
Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor the finance and accounts team, ensuring efficiency in financial operations.
