Responsibilities

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports based on defined requirements.
Validate and reconcile data across systems, including Power BI, source files, and internal databases, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles through data extraction, formatting, and quality review.
Maintain Excel-based reporting tools, including large datasets, formulas, and data transformations.
Prepare standard sales performance reports for leadership review.
Support ad hoc reporting requests related to salesforce, hospital, and surgeon-level data.
Identify and escalate data discrepancies, gaps, and inconsistencies as needed.
Conduct routine audits of reports and datasets to maintain data integrity.
Track field sales alignment and hierarchy changes in reporting outputs.
Partner with Sales Operations, Analytics, and IT to validate inputs and outputs and ensure cross-system alignment.
Adhere to established data governance and reporting standards, ensuring outputs align with approved definitions and logic.
Document reporting processes and maintain clear, repeatable workflows.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and large dataset management.
Experience with Power BI, including report development, basic data modeling, and dashboard maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and validation.
Ability to follow established processes and deliver consistent, reliable results.
Comfort working with large datasets and reconciling data across multiple sources.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring deliverables under tight deadlines.
Exposure to Azure, SQL, or enterprise data environments is preferred.
Experience with sales data, commissions, or field performance reporting is a plus.
Familiarity with data validation, auditing, or quality assurance processes is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required.
