Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports based on defined requirements.
- Validate and reconcile data across systems, including Power BI, source files, and internal databases, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles through data extraction, formatting, and quality review.
- Maintain Excel-based reporting tools, including large datasets, formulas, and data transformations.
- Prepare standard sales performance reports for leadership review.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests related to salesforce, hospital, and surgeon-level data.
- Identify and escalate data discrepancies, gaps, and inconsistencies as needed.
- Conduct routine audits of reports and datasets to maintain data integrity.
- Track field sales alignment and hierarchy changes in reporting outputs.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Analytics, and IT to validate inputs and outputs and ensure cross-system alignment.
- Adhere to established data governance and reporting standards, ensuring outputs align with approved definitions and logic.
- Document reporting processes and maintain clear, repeatable workflows.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and large dataset management.
- Experience with Power BI, including report development, basic data modeling, and dashboard maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and validation.
- Ability to follow established processes and deliver consistent, reliable results.
- Comfort working with large datasets and reconciling data across multiple sources.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Exposure to Azure, SQL, or enterprise data environments is preferred.
- Experience with sales data, commissions, or field performance reporting is a plus.
- Familiarity with data validation, auditing, or quality assurance processes is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
