We’re looking for a dynamic Deputy Director – Business Operations to drive the delivery of high-quality, integrated business operations across our schools and departments.

This is a pivotal role where you’ll lead a team of Heads of Business Operations, shape strategic plans, and ensure seamless service delivery that enhances the student and client experience. You’ll also play a key part in shaping and delivering new programmes that support our strategic ambitions — from concept through to implementation — ensuring they drive meaningful impact and long-term value.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position, working remotely.

As Deputy Director – Business Operations, you will be:

Leading the development and implementation of consistent, efficient operational systems and processes.
Driving continuous improvement in programme and service delivery.
Collaborating with academic and administrative teams to ensure robust programme planning and delivery
Representing central operations on university committees and leading change projects.

Is this you?:

Substantial experience in academic programme delivery and complex administrative processes.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage change.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
A proactive, strategic thinker with excellent prioritisation and multitasking abilities.
