We’re looking for a dynamic Deputy Director – Business Operations to drive the delivery of high-quality, integrated business operations across our schools and departments.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll lead a team of Heads of Business Operations, shape strategic plans, and ensure seamless service delivery that enhances the student and client experience. You’ll also play a key part in shaping and delivering new programmes that support our strategic ambitions — from concept through to implementation — ensuring they drive meaningful impact and long-term value.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position, working remotely.
As Deputy Director – Business Operations, you will be:
- Leading the development and implementation of consistent, efficient operational systems and processes.
- Driving continuous improvement in programme and service delivery.
- Collaborating with academic and administrative teams to ensure robust programme planning and delivery
- Representing central operations on university committees and leading change projects.
Is this you?:
- Substantial experience in academic programme delivery and complex administrative processes.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage change.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- A proactive, strategic thinker with excellent prioritisation and multitasking abilities.
