Role Overview

We’re seeking a Business Operations & Analytics Intern to support our data-driven decision-making across teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, translating data into insights, and contributing to cross-functional problem-solving in a fast-growing fashion environment.

You’ll build dashboards, track KPIs, and help optimize the systems that drive our product, sales, and operational strategies. The right candidate is analytical, curious, and proactive — someone eager to understand how a fashion brand runs from the inside out.

Key Responsibilities

Input, clean, and validate data across multiple platforms
Assist in building and maintaining dashboards (DOMO, Google Sheets)
Support weekly and monthly reporting across sales, inventory, fulfillment, and marketing
Monitor product performance, sell-through rates, and reorder triggers
Help improve and document internal processes
Partner with team leads to extract actionable insights

Qualifications

Based in NYC and available for in-person work
Prior experience in or strong interest in the fashion, retail, or consumer goods industry
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field
Comfortable in Excel and BI tools (e.g., DOMO, Tableau, Looker)
Strong organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail
Excellent communicator with a problem-solving mindset
Able to juggle multiple priorities independently
Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn
