Role Overview
We’re seeking a Business Operations & Analytics Intern to support our data-driven decision-making across teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, translating data into insights, and contributing to cross-functional problem-solving in a fast-growing fashion environment.
You’ll build dashboards, track KPIs, and help optimize the systems that drive our product, sales, and operational strategies. The right candidate is analytical, curious, and proactive — someone eager to understand how a fashion brand runs from the inside out.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, clean, and validate data across multiple platforms
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards (DOMO, Google Sheets)
- Support weekly and monthly reporting across sales, inventory, fulfillment, and marketing
- Monitor product performance, sell-through rates, and reorder triggers
- Help improve and document internal processes
- Partner with team leads to extract actionable insights
Qualifications
- Based in NYC and available for in-person work
- Prior experience in or strong interest in the fashion, retail, or consumer goods industry
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field
- Comfortable in Excel and BI tools (e.g., DOMO, Tableau, Looker)
- Strong organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail
- Excellent communicator with a problem-solving mindset
- Able to juggle multiple priorities independently
- Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn
