As we continue to scale, we are looking for a dynamic and visionary female leader to join our executive team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Mumbai for Female Candidates Only. The CFO will be responsible for all financial operations, including:

Financial planning and forecasting
Financial reporting and compliance
Managing and overseeing financial statements
Analyzing financial data and preparing detailed reports
Providing strategic financial guidance to support business goals
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance financial performance and growth

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and audits
Develop financial models and provide strategic recommendations
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and cash flow
Evaluate and mitigate financial risks
Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies
Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with operational strategy

Qualifications

Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership
Prior experience in the beauty or consumer goods industry is an added advantage
