Our platform gives business owners superpowers, and we’re expanding our team with a GTM Strategy Associate who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and customer engagement.

This is not a back-office role — it’s an on-the-ground growth position where you’ll partner across marketing, sales, and customer success to design, test, and scale the playbooks that bring our product to market.

What You’ll Do

Build and execute GTM playbooks: Help design repeatable, scalable processes that move prospects from awareness to adoption.
Partner across teams: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product to align messaging, campaigns, and customer feedback.
Experiment + iterate: Test new channels, pitches, and workflows to uncover what drives adoption and retention.
Support customer acquisition and expansion: Research markets, qualify leads, and help sales teams prioritize opportunities.
Turn data into action: Track key metrics, analyze performance, and share insights that shape our GTM strategy.
Be the connective tissue: Keep GTM projects organized, documented, and moving forward with precision.

What We’re Looking For

Experience (2–5 years): Background in GTM strategy, sales operations, consulting, or growth at a fast-moving startup or high-performance environment.
Startup DNA: You’ve seen the scrappy side of growth (Series A–pre-IPO) and understand how to balance speed with structure.
Customer-facing track record: Comfortable speaking with prospects, clients, or partners and translating needs into strategy.
Analytical mindset: You’re sharp with data, able to connect the dots, and not afraid of rolling up your sleeves in spreadsheets or dashboards.
Strong communicator: Polished, persuasive, and empathetic in both written and verbal communication
Curious + resourceful: You thrive on solving ambiguous problems and finding creative ways to make things work.
