Position : Jr.Manager – Business Operations.

Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Jr. Manager – Business Operations to manage the financial and administrative lifecycle of our client accounts. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth financial operation of our co-working space, from initial booking and invoicing to final off-boarding and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
Create and send accurate invoices to clients for office bookings, rent, and other services.
Monitor and collect rent and other payments from clients on time.
Follow up with clients to resolve delayed payments and manage outstanding balances.
Process and manage refunds for clients during off-boarding, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date.
Booking & Client Management:
Handle all incoming office and meeting room booking requests.
Ensure all client requirements related to their office space (e.g., access, supplies) are met efficiently.
Maintain a precise record of all bookings, payments, and client interactions using our workspace management software.
Client Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding billing, payments, and administrative inquiries.
Communicate with clients in a professional and clear manner to resolve financial disputes or administrative issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a billing, accounts receivable, or administrative role.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and invoicing processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office) and experience with a workspace management platform or accounting software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary :

· Salary : 5 LPA – 6 LPA.

· Work timings : 9:30 A.M to 6:30 P.M

· Working Days : Monday to Saturday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
