Role Overview

You’ll own:

Monthly payroll (CTC → gross → net)
PF, ESIC, gratuity, insurance
GST, TDS & statutory filings
Accounting entries & monthly bank reconciliation
Financial statements, budgeting & forecasts
Daily ops coordination with our global HQ

This is a leadership-heavy, highly operational role that sits at the center of our India expansion.

We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, or payroll
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, GST, and TDS
Hands-on with Tally / QuickBooks
Excellent communicator, detail-oriented, fast & accountable
Cross-border experience is a big plus
