Role Overview
You’ll own:
- Monthly payroll (CTC → gross → net)
- PF, ESIC, gratuity, insurance
- GST, TDS & statutory filings
- Accounting entries & monthly bank reconciliation
- Financial statements, budgeting & forecasts
- Daily ops coordination with our global HQ
This is a leadership-heavy, highly operational role that sits at the center of our India expansion.
We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, or payroll
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, GST, and TDS
- Hands-on with Tally / QuickBooks
- Excellent communicator, detail-oriented, fast & accountable
- Cross-border experience is a big plus
