We are seeking an experienced, strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our fast-growing disaster restoration company. This is a unique opportunity for a proven financial leader who thrives in a dynamic, multi-location environment and can help guide our organization through its next phase of expansion.

Key Requirement: You must have direct CFO or senior financial leadership experience within a disaster restoration company generating over $25M in annual revenue.

What You’ll Do:

Lead all financial strategy, planning, reporting, and risk management for a rapidly scaling restoration business.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and performance analytics to support operational excellence.
Partner with ownership and executive leadership to evaluate and execute growth initiatives, including opening new offices, market expansions, and M&A opportunities.
Build and optimize financial systems, controls, KPIs, and processes across multiple branches.
Provide leadership to accounting, finance, and administrative teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Deep understanding of restoration industry financials, margins, job costing, insurance billing cycles, and T&M structures.
Demonstrated success overseeing financial operations for a company exceeding $25M+ in revenue.
Experience integrating acquisitions, launching new branches, or scaling multi-office operations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with field, operations, and ownership teams.
