We are seeking an experienced, strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our fast-growing disaster restoration company. This is a unique opportunity for a proven financial leader who thrives in a dynamic, multi-location environment and can help guide our organization through its next phase of expansion.
Key Requirement: You must have direct CFO or senior financial leadership experience within a disaster restoration company generating over $25M in annual revenue.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead all financial strategy, planning, reporting, and risk management for a rapidly scaling restoration business.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and performance analytics to support operational excellence.
- Partner with ownership and executive leadership to evaluate and execute growth initiatives, including opening new offices, market expansions, and M&A opportunities.
- Build and optimize financial systems, controls, KPIs, and processes across multiple branches.
- Provide leadership to accounting, finance, and administrative teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:
- Deep understanding of restoration industry financials, margins, job costing, insurance billing cycles, and T&M structures.
- Demonstrated success overseeing financial operations for a company exceeding $25M+ in revenue.
- Experience integrating acquisitions, launching new branches, or scaling multi-office operations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with field, operations, and ownership teams.
