This is a truly unique opportunity to join our Early Talent Programme as a Business Operations Associate, where you’ll gain exposure to multiple departments—from operations and technology to propositions, marketing and people—while contributing to meaningful work from day one.

You’ll be involved in:

Supporting cross-functional projects and initiatives
Researching and presenting ideas to improve processes
Shadowing senior leaders and attending key meetings
Helping with internal communications, data analysis, and tech tools
Bringing energy, creativity, and hustle to everything you do
