Cortys is an ERP consulting agency and official Odoo Partner in Belgium & France, aiming to expand into the UK market. Our mission is to deliver tailored ERP solutions that help SMEs optimize operations, accelerate growth, and transition to digital-first business processes.

We are now launching Cortys UK and are seeking a co-founder to lead sales and market development in the United Kingdom.

Role Overview

As Co-Founder, you will be responsible for launching and developing Cortys UK as an Odoo ERP consulting agency. Your first role as CCO or CRO or equivalent (commercial focus) may evolve into a full Country Manager position.

Your mission includes:

Lead business development and sales strategy in the UK
Identify, pitch, and acquire customers for ERP/Odoo projects
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
Represent Cortys UK as Odoo Partner locally
(Coordinate project delivery with technical teams)
(Support recruitment, operations, and local growth when required)

Compensation Model

This is an entrepreneurial co-founder position with no fixed salary.

Remuneration is 100% performance-based, structured as follows:

Sales Commission
Project Mgt (option)

Equity Participation

Equity up to 30% for a CCO/CRO
Equity up to 50% for a Country Mgr in charge of Sales, Delivery, Operations, HR, Strategy, ...

Equity vesting schedule and performance milestones will be defined in a Founders Agreement.

Proven experience in B2B sales, IT consulting, or ERP solutions
Understanding of Odoo or ERP market (preferred)
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently
