We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring robust financial controls.

Responsibilities:

Lead overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for engineering and project operations.
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, etc.)
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, investors, and auditors for funding, guarantees, and audits.
Supervise and develop the finance & accounts team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Support tendering and bid evaluation by assessing financial viability and risk exposure.
Oversee project costing, profitability analysis, and margin control.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization, ensuring timely availability of project finances
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Monitor contract financials, billing milestones, variations, claims, and project revenue recognition.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and best practices.

Qualification:

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
10+years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior management roles.
Demonstrated expertise in project finance, contract management, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Strong exposure to Electrical Engineering, EPC, Power, Transmission, or Infrastructure projects.
Proven ability to operate at executive and board level with strong commercial acumen.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
