We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring robust financial controls.
Responsibilities:
- Lead overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for engineering and project operations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, etc.)
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, investors, and auditors for funding, guarantees, and audits.
- Supervise and develop the finance & accounts team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support tendering and bid evaluation by assessing financial viability and risk exposure.
- Oversee project costing, profitability analysis, and margin control.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization, ensuring timely availability of project finances
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor contract financials, billing milestones, variations, claims, and project revenue recognition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and best practices.
Qualification:
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 10+years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior management roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in project finance, contract management, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Strong exposure to Electrical Engineering, EPC, Power, Transmission, or Infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to operate at executive and board level with strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities.
