What You’ll Do

Supervise and support a team of 4–5 content creators and account specialists
Oversee content delivery across client accounts
Pull reporting and review performance analytics
Identify social media trends and collaborate with our team to turn insights into effective content strategies
Help implement systems and workflows to improve efficiency
Support new client follow-ups and pipeline coordination

Who You Are

Background in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
Comfortable managing creatives and giving clear feedback
Organized, systems-minded, and proactive
Agency experience is a plus

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office in Huntingdon Valley, PA.

**Salary Range: 60K-70K based on expertise**
