What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support a team of 4–5 content creators and account specialists
- Oversee content delivery across client accounts
- Pull reporting and review performance analytics
- Identify social media trends and collaborate with our team to turn insights into effective content strategies
- Help implement systems and workflows to improve efficiency
- Support new client follow-ups and pipeline coordination
Who You Are
- Background in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
- Comfortable managing creatives and giving clear feedback
- Organized, systems-minded, and proactive
- Agency experience is a plus
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office in Huntingdon Valley, PA.
**Salary Range: 60K-70K based on expertise**
