Responsibilities:

Responsible for the positioning and GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy formulation and implementation of new categories and key products in the APJ region, clarifying target audiences, core selling points, price ranges, and channel entry strategies.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to drive high-quality delivery of region-level GTM projects based on new category positioning.
Break down annual/quarterly sales targets into new categories and key projects based on regional business objectives, and develop corresponding advancement plans.
Lead the review and market validation of new category launches in key regional markets, establishing replicable methodologies and best practices.
Develop GTM processes and standardized positioning toolkits for new categories (such as user insights, value propositions, price range and channel matching models, etc.) to enhance the efficiency and success rate of regional launches.
Manage cross-country and cross-functional project teams, ensuring key information is synchronized and resources are coordinated effectively around the pace of new category advancement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing, business management, or engineering-related fields.
Over 5 years of experience in GTM, product, or marketing within the consumer electronics/home appliances/smart hardware industry.
Familiar with overseas market launch processes and channel models (e-commerce + retail).
Possesses excellent project management and cross-cultural communication skills.
Fluent in Chinese, with the ability to report and align at a regional level.
