Chief Financial Officer (M/W)

Chief Transformation Officer (M/F)

🏢 Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

⚽ Contract: Permanent

🚩 Starting date: Anticipated in the coming month

Main responsibilities :

Lead all financial operations at the Group level, strategic planning, commercial performance; including controlling, accounting, cash managementincluding the UAE, KSA, Qatar and Kuwait.
Financial reporting and compliance, oversight of forecasting, reporting with group policies. Manage and implement actions after internal and external audits.
Manage ongoing transformation projects in alignment with the Group’s strategic roadmap.
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and contribute to business decision-making processes with strong stakeholder management.
Supervise monthly closings, budget processes, and ensure compliance with international accounting standards.

☑️ Your key skills & profile

Profile

10–20 years of professional experience in finance leadership roles.

Track record in companies with revenues between EUR 40M and EUR 300M.

Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director or Head of Finance.

Strong understanding of international accounting standards, governance and financial structuring.

Experience in the Middle East is highly valued.

Exposure to KSA and UAE environments is a strong advantage.

Key skills

• Fluent in English, French and Arabic is mandatory

• Strategic and operational finance leadership.

• Hands-on mindset in scaling and structuring environments.

• Solid communication and stakeholder management.

• Ability to operate in multicultural and fast-growing contexts.
