Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations Specialist based in Schaumburg, IL. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily business operations, analyzing processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Key responsibilities include collecting and interpreting performance data, developing actionable insights, supporting cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to effective decision-making through strategic business analysis.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Business Operations and Business Analysis to enhance operational workflows and contribute to process improvements.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required (spoken and written)
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for assessing performance metrics and developing data-driven strategies.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build effective relationships with clients and team members.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in relevant tools and software, such as Excel, data visualization tools, and CRM systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, or freight operations is a plus.
