About the Role

We are seeking a driven, high-integrity Finance Manager / Controller with a clear growth path into a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. This position is ideal for a motivated early-career professional, a less-experienced finance leader—who has strong fundamentals, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to grow into senior leadership, or someone wanting to have a direct role in growing a company.

This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to ownership and operations. You will be deeply involved in the day-to-day financial health of the company while developing the judgment, business understanding, and leadership skills required of a future CFO.

Key Responsibilities (Day 1 Focus)

Prepare and maintain accurate monthly financial statements
Track and manage cash flow, AR/AP, and working capital
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support operational cost tracking, margins, and utilization metrics
Maintain financial organization, controls, and documentation
Work closely with ownership to understand business decisions and priorities
Coordinate with external CPAs, banks, and advisors

Responsibilities will expand as experience and capability grow.

CFO-Track Development Areas

As you grow in the role, you will progressively take ownership of:

Financial forecasting and strategic planning
Capital expenditure analysis and ROI evaluation
Banking relationships and financing support
Risk management, insurance, and compliance
Leadership and development of accounting/finance processes
Providing clear financial insight to support company decisions
