The Role

Core Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management
Provide clear, decision-oriented financial reporting and insights
Develop dashboards and operating metrics to support leadership decisions
Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and capital structure
Support growth initiatives, including new market entry and acquisitions
Own pricing governance and profitability analysis
Ensure scalable, efficient accounting and control processes
Partner on consumer financing economics where applicable
Guide the evolution of finance systems and data infrastructure
Oversee tax strategy, risk management, and external advisor relationships
Lead and develop a geographically distributed finance team
