Muskoka Chair Company is looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Summer Sales Associate to join our Port Carling team for the busy cottage season. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, wants hands-on experience in sales and operations, and is excited to learn how a growing lifestyle brand runs behind the scenes.

You’ll be working directly with customers while also supporting light administrative and logistical tasks — making this a great opportunity to build real-world experience in sales, marketing, and small-business operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting customers in-store with product knowledge, sales, and order inquiries
Providing a warm, welcoming, and premium customer experience
Supporting order processing, basic logistics coordination, and inventory checks
Helping manage customer emails, follow-ups, and sales documentation
Assisting with general admin tasks to support the sales and operations team
Supporting marketing initiatives when needed (events, promotions, social media support)

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset (but not required!)
