We are a fast-growing snack company dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality products to customers nationwide. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team at our South San Francisco office.

This position plays an essential role in supporting daily business operations, including sales coordination, order processing, import logistics, and customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively across teams, and has a passion for food and snacks.

Key Responsibilities

Process and enter sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices accurately in NetSuite
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Support e-commerce order fulfillment and website order management
Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team
Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and warehouses on import shipments
Deliver excellent customer service support
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documents as needed
Assist with inventory tracking and operational follow-ups
Participate in product sampling and provide feedback on new snack items
Perform additional duties as assigned to support company growth

This is an in-office position (no remote work).

Qualifications

Some experience in operations, administration, or office support preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational and communication skills
Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting systems is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and cloud-based tools
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently
Bilingual in Chinese preferred
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (temporary work visas not accepted)

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 – $48,000 annually
