Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

Assist the Founder’s Office in tracking campus-level operational KPIs and performance metrics.
Analyze complaint patterns, delays, and process inefficiencies to identify improvement opportunities.
Identify performance gaps at the field level and support structured upskilling plans for underperforming staff.
Strategize and execute data-backed initiatives to reduce complaint frequency and improve service consistency.
Support cost tracking and basic unit economics monitoring to ensure margin stability during scale.
Participate in operational audits and 2x load readiness validation exercises.
Convert field-level challenges into structured improvement reports for the leadership team.
