Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include
- Assist the Founder’s Office in tracking campus-level operational KPIs and performance metrics.
- Analyze complaint patterns, delays, and process inefficiencies to identify improvement opportunities.
- Identify performance gaps at the field level and support structured upskilling plans for underperforming staff.
- Strategize and execute data-backed initiatives to reduce complaint frequency and improve service consistency.
- Support cost tracking and basic unit economics monitoring to ensure margin stability during scale.
- Participate in operational audits and 2x load readiness validation exercises.
- Convert field-level challenges into structured improvement reports for the leadership team.
