Job Summary

We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience as a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in optimizing our revenue processes and providing data-driven insights that drive business growth. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure our revenue operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Analyze revenue data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement across the sales funnel
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and enhance forecasting models
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to leadership and support strategic decision-making

Qualifications

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Requirements

Strong communicator who thrives in a cross-functional environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling
2+ years of Sales operations, revenue operations, or financial analysis experience
2-5 years of Salesforce CRM (preferred) and/or HubSpot

Nice to Have

Knowledge of CRM data governance and reporting best practices
Understanding of commission or bonus calculation processes
Experience supporting month-end close or revenue reporting
Familiarity with contract workflows or renewal management in a CRM
