About the Role

We are hiring a Business Operations Coordinator to support execution across Operations and Marketing. You’ll keep campaigns, projects, and workflows on track, ensuring everything runs smoothly and delivers on time.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with visibility across the business and real ownership over execution.

Responsibilities

Execute webinars, email campaigns, and social scheduling
Coordinate event logistics, vendors, and timelines
Track priorities, timelines, and deliverables across teams
Maintain trackers and follow up on tasks and blockers
Support process documentation and workflow improvements
Manage sensitive documents across legal, finance, and HR
Track expenses and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience in marketing, operations, or project coordination
High integrity and discretion with confidential information

Compensation & Details

$65,000 salary + full health benefits
Flexible PTO
Remote (Eastern US)
Light travel (10–20%)
Occasional on-site work in Snellville, GA (~2x/month, planned in advance)
Candidates near Lawrenceville/Snellville, GA preferred or willing to travel
