About the Role
We are hiring a Business Operations Coordinator to support execution across Operations and Marketing. You’ll keep campaigns, projects, and workflows on track, ensuring everything runs smoothly and delivers on time.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with visibility across the business and real ownership over execution.
Responsibilities
- Execute webinars, email campaigns, and social scheduling
- Coordinate event logistics, vendors, and timelines
- Track priorities, timelines, and deliverables across teams
- Maintain trackers and follow up on tasks and blockers
- Support process documentation and workflow improvements
- Manage sensitive documents across legal, finance, and HR
- Track expenses and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in marketing, operations, or project coordination
- High integrity and discretion with confidential information

Compensation & Details
- $65,000 salary + full health benefits
- Flexible PTO
- Remote (Eastern US)
- Light travel (10–20%)
- Occasional on-site work in Snellville, GA (~2x/month, planned in advance)
- Candidates near Lawrenceville/Snellville, GA preferred or willing to travel
