Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

A high-growth, multi-billion-dollar global organization is seeking a strategic and operationally focused Chief Financial Officer to lead finance for a large, complex business segment.

This is a critical executive leadership role, partnering directly with the Segment President to drive performance, scalability, and long-term value creation across a decentralized operating model.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Strategic Leadership

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial performance, risk, and growth strategy
Translate business objectives into actionable financial plans that drive profitability and cash flow
Deliver forward-looking insights, scenario modeling, and decision support

Finance & Operational Oversight

Lead all core finance functions including FP&A, accounting, reporting, and controls
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Ensure strong governance, compliance, and financial transparency

Business Partnership

Collaborate with operations, sales, and supply chain leaders to improve performance
Lead cost optimization, pricing strategy, and margin expansion efforts
Support capital allocation and working capital efficiency

M&A / Transformation

Play a key leadership role in acquisitions, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Help scale systems, processes, and infrastructure in a growth environment

Leadership & Culture

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, distributed finance team
Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Develop future leaders and strengthen succession pipelines

Technology Oversight

Partner on IT strategy and investments to support growth, data integrity, and operational efficiency

What They’re Looking For

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance within complex organizations
Proven ability to lead large, decentralized teams and influence senior stakeholders
Strong operational finance background with exposure to multiple functional areas
Experience in large corporate environments with shared services structures
Track record of driving business performance and leading through change
Strong systems and ERP experience (integration experience a plus)
Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
Willingness to travel as needed
