Position Summary

RESCUE ID is seeking a highly organized, operationally disciplined, and technology-forward Head of Operations to oversee the day-to-day execution, systems management, and operational scaling of the company. This role will work directly with the Founder to build and optimize operational infrastructure, manage technology integrations, support product delivery, and ensure the organization operates efficiently as it grows.

The ideal candidate combines startup agility with operational rigor and possesses experience across technology platforms, workflow automation, product operations, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Lead daily operational functions across the business
Develop and maintain scalable operational processes, workflows, and documentation
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to support growth and execution
Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Support strategic planning and operational implementation

Technology & Systems Management

Maintain working knowledge and operational oversight of:
Microsoft Azure
Zoho ecosystem
Supabase
POS
Website and application integrations
Workflow automation platforms and APIs
Coordinate with internal and external developers, contractors, and vendors
Support system testing, deployment coordination, troubleshooting, and optimization
Ensure operational continuity, data integrity, and system reliability

Product & Project Management

Assist with product roadmap execution and feature prioritization
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
Manage operational aspects of product launches and updates
Facilitate sprint planning, task tracking, and implementation follow-through
Collaborate with customer support, development, marketing, and leadership teams

Business Operations

Assist with vendor management, fulfillment operations, and logistics
Support operational compliance, documentation, and process standardization
Develop reports, dashboards, and operational summaries for leadership review
Help establish scalable infrastructure for consumer, business, and government markets
Support customer onboarding and operational issue resolution

Leadership & Collaboration

Operate as a key operational partner to the Founder
Help create a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational experience
5+ years of experience in operations, project management, product operations, or startup environments
Working knowledge of:
Microsoft Azure
Zoho CRM platform
Supabase
SaaS operations and integrations
Experience managing projects across multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
Comfortable operating in a startup or rapidly evolving environment

Preferred

Experience in technology, emergency response, SaaS, or public safety environments for B2B and B2C
Familiarity with CRM management, workflow automation, and customer operations
Experience with supply chain management and inventory controls
Experience supporting MVP-to-scale operational growth
Knowledge of API integrations and low-code/no-code platforms
PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications preferred but not required
