The Role:

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for all revenue-generating activities across Sales, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Customer Growth.

This executive leader will play a critical role in shaping the company's go-to-market strategy, building high-performing commercial teams, and establishing long-term relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners.

Responsibilities:

Own and execute the company's global revenue strategy.
Build, lead, and scale high-performing sales and business development teams.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans that support aggressive growth objectives.
Drive enterprise customer acquisition and revenue expansion.
Establish strategic partnerships across the AI, cloud, and infrastructure ecosystem.
Develop accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting processes.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership on company strategy and growth initiatives.
Lead complex commercial negotiations and strategic agreements.
Create a metrics-driven, high-performance commercial culture.
Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams.

Requirements:

10+ years of commercial leadership experience within technology organizations.
Previous experience as a CRO, VP Sales, SVP Sales, or equivalent executive-level role.
Proven track record of scaling revenue in high-growth technology businesses.
Experience selling complex solutions to enterprise customers.
Strong understanding of AI, cloud, infrastructure, data center, or enterprise technology markets.
Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing sales organizations.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and execution capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
