We are seeking a Director Sales Operations to lead a critical business function at the intersection of revenue execution, customer experience, and operational performance.

Reporting directly to the President of Office Technology, this leader will oversee sales support, contracts, leasing, billing, and procurement while driving operational excellence across the organization. This is an opportunity for a proven leader to improve processes, strengthen execution, develop teams, and help build the operational foundation required to support continued growth.

Contracts, leasing, and billing operations

Cross-functional business and operational projects
Leadership, coaching, and development of manager-level team members
Key performance indicators, accountability, and operating discipline
Sales process efficiency and revenue realization
Operational workflows that support customer satisfaction and business growth

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

7+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales operations, sales support, customer operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a related business-to-business environment
Demonstrated success leading process improvement, automation, and organizational change initiatives
Strong financial and operational acumen, including experience impacting revenue, margins, cost control, and business performance
Proven experience leading leaders and developing high-performing management teams
Track record of improving business results through stronger processes, systems, and operational execution
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

Office technology, managed print services, equipment leasing, or related industry experience
Experience supporting contracts, recurring billing, leasing, procurement, and vendor management functions
Experience working with CRM, ERP, billing, procurement, and lease management platforms
Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or similar process improvement methodologies
