Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls
- Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to executive leadership to support decision-making and long-term planning
- Oversee audits, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and manage relationships with external partners (banks, auditors, etc.)
- Develop and improve systems, processes, and policies across finance, HR, and administrative functions to support organizational growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (CPA, MBA, or similar credentials preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance with leadership responsibility (Chief Financial Officer or senior-level finance role, i.e. Controller level preferred)
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and internal controls
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, communicate effectively, and influence executive-level decisions
Salary: $130,000-$150,000
