Purpose Of The Role

Revenue Operations Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role across Sales, Marketing, and Service Delivery teams, driving operational excellence.Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations Team Lead to optimize processes and achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Comprehensive Sales Reports: Compile and analyze sales metrics to provide actionable insights.
Pipeline Oversight: Ensure timely data input and follow-up activities to maintain pipeline health.
HubSpot Workflow Automation & Optimization: Develop and maintain automated workflows in HubSpot to streamline operations. Identify gaps and propose process improvements and collaborate with teams to implement changes.
Champion Data Integrity: Advocate for data hygiene, identify pipeline issues, and recommend corrective actions.
Sales Technology Ownership: Manage and train new starters on key platforms to optimize performance.
Process Monitoring: Monitor process utilization and assist revenue leadership in updating processes for scalability.
Customer Insights Utilization: Collaborate with SMEs to leverage customer insights for decision-making and growth strategies.
CRM Management: Own the sales CRM, manage team and individual KPIs, and ensure accurate data capture.
Partnership Support: Maintain partner data, oversee contract database, and facilitate timely commission payments.

About You

Proven experience in sales operations, CRM management, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement.
Genuine interest in technology and the SaaS industry
Outstanding team-player who has an eye for detail
Adaptability to rapid changes and can-do attitude
