Our client launched in 2013 and is the leader in its space – consumer electronics, digital photo sharing, and printing capabilities. They made the move to set up their sales and marketing operations in US earlier this year (the majority of their 3.2M users and customers are US-based) and have moved much of their customer-facing side of their business to Denver, Colorado.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to push, pull, and dig their way to success. As the Sales Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the performance of the sales team. You will be responsible for overseeing sales processes, implementing strategies, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the sales department operates smoothly and achieves its goals.

The ideal candidate for the Sales Operations Lead role will have...

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 5 years of work experience.
Proven experience in sales operations or a related role.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales and profitability goals.
Leadership and team management experience is a plus.

Lead Global Ecommerce Sales Operations (1P & 3P) inc. Amazon 1P & 3P, Walmart.com, Bestbuy.com, eBay.com
Lead Sales Ops expansion into new global 3P channels
Take over our limited Bricks & Mortar Retail sales Ops with Walmart (150 stores)
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels to ensure products are consistently in stock and available for customers.
Work with our nascent sales rep firm in Europe
Sales Process Optimization : Review and enhance the sales processes, workflows, and methodologies to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and insights to support decision-making.
Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with sales leaders to develop accurate sales forecasts, track progress against targets, and make adjustments as needed.
Sales Technology : Evaluate, implement, and manage sales technology tools and systems (e.g., sales automation) to streamline operations and support sales teams.
Sales Strategy: Work closely with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and initiatives.
Sales Analytics: Build and maintain sales dashboards and analytics to provide real-time insights into sales performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of strategies, goals, and processes.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Manage Sales Operations Support Team in the Philippines.

LOCATION

Their Headquarters are in the Denver, CO area but as a hybrid company, you will be able to work from home with some required days in their office each week.

SALARY & BENEFITS

The approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on individual candidate level and experience, is $80,000-$120,000, including base salary and any related bonuses.
