Our client is hiring a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead revenue generation efforts across multiple locations in major US markets. This is a pivotal leadership role that will drive the organization's next phase of growth through strategic sales initiatives, team development, and process optimization.

You will be responsible for developing and executing the overall sales strategy across multiple locations, collaborating with Location Presidents, and ensuring consistent excellence in revenue generation.
This role requires a strategic leader who can build and implement scalable sales processes while working effectively in a matrix organization.
MUST HAVES:
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience
- Track record of success in B2B services, preferably in restoration, construction, or related industries

THE HOW:
There are three key strategic initiatives that this person will be initially tasked with:
- National Sales Strategy Development & Implementation: Create and execute a comprehensive approach to revenue generation aligned with company goals, establishing consistent processes across all four locations while accounting for local market differences.
- Sales Performance Optimization: Drive adoption of CRM platform and standardize metrics tracking across all locations, ensuring visibility into performance and enabling data-driven decision making.
- Matrix Organization Leadership: Establish effective working relationships with Location Presidents, creating systems for collaborative goal-setting and performance management that respects both corporate objectives and local market conditions.
THE NUTS & BOLTS:
- Base salary range of $130,000-150,000 with significant upside potential through performance-based incentives.
- Total expected compensation is expected between 200,000-300,000 with top performers potential to earn $400,000-500,000.

As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will partner with Location Presidents and executive leadership to develop and execute sales strategies focused on growth, market penetration, and revenue optimization. This role requires an understanding of business priorities and the ability to translate them into high-impact results.

THE DAY TO DAY
- Lead and inspire sales teams across multiple locations in a high-growth environment
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Create and optimize standardized sales processes and metrics tracking systems
- Partner with Location Presidents to establish and achieve revenue targets
- Drive adoption and utilization of CRM and sales enablement tools
- Design and deliver sales training programs and professional development initiatives
- Analyze market opportunities and develop targeted approaches for key verticals
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
WHAT WE'LL BE LOOKING FOR
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience
- Experience in B2B services, preferably in restoration, construction, or related industries
- Proven track record of success in matrix organizations
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales enablement tools
