The position will report to the Assistant Manager, Sales Operations. This is a Maternity Cover
Sales Operations
What You’ll Be Working On
- Accurately process domestic and international sales orders on a daily basis, ensuring precise entry into the ERP system.
- Maintain effective communication regarding order status with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Reference customer allocations as required.
- Enter purchase orders into the ERP system to ensure the generation of accurate sales reports.
- Liaise with Finance and Operations departments to facilitate prompt invoicing.
- Provide timelines and special instructions to warehouse personnel to ensure full compliance with requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to supervise, monitor, and confirm the delivery of goods for marketing, public relations, and sampling purposes.
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated background in order management, customer service, or logistics
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively handle multiple priorities
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to collaborate productively with customers, colleagues, and external partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Preferred experience with NetSuite; prior use not required
- Previous experience working in SAP is essential
- Proven proactive team orientation coupled with strong analytical capabilities
- Adaptability and commitment to problem-solving within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Fundamental knowledge of manufacturing processes, business financials, and supply chain operations
- Prior experience in the beauty industry is advantageous, though not mandatory
Salary Range
$30 - $35 USD
