Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting the Key Accounts on a daily basis, including central warehousing procedures, direct shipments, VAS, logistics, order book management
Responsible for the work with all data transfer such as EDI set up, pricelists, Pricat.
Act as the key point of contact and coordinate all issues in regards of deliveries, stocks and logistics between sales-, back-office- and logistic-departments.
Coordinate and prioritizes various orders received from KA customers in conjunction with KAM’s in order to secure on time deliveries of key items and campaigns.
Oversees all future orders and matches these with inbounds to identify discrepancies and ensure that we are proactive towards the customers in our communication.
Act as the link between the international warehouses and rest of the departments to secure a good flow of communication.
Control and develop the efficiency of the goods flow from suppliers to customers.
Monitoring, reporting and development of relevant KPIs, identification of deviations and implementation of corrective actions

Role requirments

Higher vocational and academic education in the field of commerce and administration
3 years of relevant working experience
Fluency in English, Swedish knowledge is a plus.
Affinity with fashion/sporting goods business
Knowledge of relevant systems and applications
Navision, EDI and Qliksense experience is advantageous.
