The Role:
We are looking for someone that can make their mark and optimise the sales framework, processes and ways of working to drive sales effectiveness & efficiency. Here’s how:
- Work cross-market to ensure embedding and adoption of the sales operations model.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to collaborate on best practice to drive performance across different teams and countries.
- Design and deploy tools and processes to increase scale of footprint in the region.
About You:
- Happy with international travel as a key part of your role.
- Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years equivalent experience.
- Experience within FMCG is ideal
- An analytical approach to key decision making, utilising data to drive continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams and markets.
- Project management skill to lead initiatives and present findings/make recommendations.
