Position: Sales Operations Manager (Wholesale) (m/f/d)
In your role as Sales Operations Manager (Wholesale) (m/f/d) you will be mainly responsible for developing, coordinating and processing the operational tasks for the Wholesale Team and for continuously developing process optimizations including implementing further digitization and automation projects. You will report to the Team Lead Sales.
Your Role
- Manage incoming orders, reorders, enable a smooth order fulfillment by coordinating between B2B international retail partners, sales managers, finance department and logistics
- Continuously optimize existing workflows and processes
- Support the sales managers with planning and managing accounts, using Salesforce and our inhouse data-warehouse.
- Analyse key accounts, account segments and regions, and develop optimization strategies for the sales team
- As an operative coordinator, you are a first contact for existing B2B customers, for internal and external after-sales related topics (incl. coordination with customer service)
- Handle the invoicing process and coordinate with the finance department to ensure on time payments
- Forecast product demand together with sales managers and controlling department to ensure sufficient stock levels
Your skills and experience
- 3+ year of extensive experience in a related field (project /account management, with a mix of operative, analytical and planning tasks)
- Analytical thinker with a passion for numbers
- Open-minded and positive “can do” attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent organizational skills that help you multi-task and prioritize
- Strong Excel skills, experience with EDI, Shopify, Salesforce are a plus
- Experience working in retail or e-commerce
- University degree in Business, economics or related field will be helpful
- Team player qualities and a results-oriented and proactive mindset
- Willingness to develop and implement processes in an agile environment
- You are fluent in English and German
