We are looking for a
Director of Revenue Operations to join our team! As a Director of Revenue Operations at Truework, you will play a key role in helping us scale our revenue operations infrastructure to drive consistent revenue growth and operational efficiency across all Go-To-Market functions. You will lead the strategy, systems, and processes that align teams, optimize performance, and enable data-driven decision-making to support Truework's next phase of growth.
We are looking for someone that is proficient in maturing a Revenue Operations team. As a strategic leader, you have built and scaled teams that balance day-to-day execution with strategic focus. You thrive at aligning operational capabilities to big-picture goals while delivering prescriptive recommendations to drive revenue growth to key leaders. Your leadership unlocks cross-functional efficiency, empowers teams, and ensures operational excellence at scale.
At Truework, you would be responsible for:
- Scaling the Revenue Operations team, systems, and processes in line with business priorities to drive maximum impact and efficiency.
- Executing the RevOps strategy, aligning it to company goals, team development, and plans to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Partnering with GTM leaders across Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Post-Sales to design, manage, and optimize consistent processes that improve team performance.
- Providing ongoing recommendations for process improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize revenue-generating programs.
- Ensuring consistent adoption of tools, processes, and products across the customer lifecycle.
- Driving training and enablement strategies to unlock the full value of systems and resources for GTM teams.
- Leading the continued maturity of revenue systems, including tools like Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and business intelligence platforms.
- Developing and delivering revenue reporting, pipeline management frameworks, and board-level insights that uncover key trends and drive strategic decision-making.
- Building, scaling, and developing a team of skilled RevOps professionals to deliver day-to-day execution while enabling you to focus on macro trends, strategy, and prioritization.
- Serving as a mentor and coach to empower team members to drive impact and achieve operational excellence.
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or equivalent roles, with a focus on high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven ability to scale operational capabilities, including systems, processes, and teams, to meet evolving business needs.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional GTM leaders to drive alignment and process optimization across the customer lifecycle.
- Strong leadership in people management, with experience building and mentoring high-performing, distributed teams.
- Proficiency in revenue reporting, pipeline management, and systems such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, SQL, etc.).
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize macro trends and drive execution through scalable frameworks.

Cash Compensation:
Our cash compensation for this role is targeted at $160,000 - $215,000 annually. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate expertise.
