Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine scalable sales processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Manage and optimize CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics) for accurate data collection and pipeline visibility.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, create actionable insights, and maintain dashboards to track KPIs.
- Partner with sales leaders on forecasting, quota assignments, and territory planning.
- Collaborate with the sales enablement team to deliver training, resources, and tools.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement sales tools and technology to boost productivity.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align strategies and goals.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and recommend improvements to accelerate processes.
- Collaborate on creating and refining sales collateral and pitch materials.

- Proven ability to implement successful sales processes and tools.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Medical Billing or Behavioral Health sales operations.
- Knowledge of advanced reporting tools like Power BI or Excel.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, or Solution Selling.
